Honda CR-V, the SUV is manufactured by Honda, the Japanese car maker. Infiniti FX is a mid size cross over SUV manufactured by the Japan based car maker Infiniti, which is a child company of Nissan. The car has seen the market in the year 2003 and is in its second generation phase now. The second generation cars are more advanced than the first. FX 35 and FX 45 are the first generation models. 35 and 45 denote the engine capacities. FX 35 is fitted with a 3.5 litre V6 engine which gives 0-60 mph (97 km/h): 7.1 seconds and records a top speed of 137 mph (220 km/h). Whereas FX 45 is fitted with a 4.5 litre V8 engine which roars from 0-60 mph (97 km/h): 6.3 seconds and records a top speed of 145 mph (233 km/h).

In 2009 the car is redesigned and had its second appearance in the Geneva motor show. The FX 35 gained the same name and the FX 45 is renamed to FX 50 since it has seen an engine upgrade to 5 litre which gives a top speed of 155 mph (249 km/h) and reaches from 0-60 mph (97 km/h) in 5.2 seconds. Limousine, otherwise called as limo refers to a car that has a stretched wheel base. They are long and have many luxury features as in a star hotel room. Limousines have bars inside with lighted floors and good seating facilities. They have good sound system with LCD TV’s inside. Some have bathing tub and private rooms for resting in. They provide good privacy during travel.

These limousines are generally owned by large companies to transport their executives or owned by governments to transport the politicians. There are less individuals in the world who own limousines. Ford explorer is yet another midsized SUV released by Ford, an American automaker, in the year 1991. And by till date five generations have come to hit the market. This explorer is slightly lesser in size than the expedition model and so it is called as midsized sedan. Ford has made many improvements this cat since its release. 2011 model is expected to be released in the second half of 2010 and spy pictures of it are being released. The first generations cars are reported to have the danger of rolling especially the ones fitted with Firestone Tires. The car is now in its fifth generation phase and which has curbed all the previous four generations disadvantages. Toyota 4runner is a compact SUV manufactured by the Japan automaker Toyota and had its debut in the year 1984. This has seen four generations and the car is in its fifth generation phase right now. The fifth generation was released in the year 2009. The present day 4runner has got a V6 engine and many luxury features and safety measures. The car initially was labeled as an unsafe and unsecure one. Initially there was a complaint among the customers that the brake doesn’t produce consistent feel since the initial energy was regenerated and the later part was only applied to the brake. So the brakes have been revised to vacuum brake model. The car has undergone a slight aerodynamic change after its release. The front and the rear spoilers have also been revised. Hummer HX is the concept car developed by GM in the year 2008. This is comparatively a small vehicle with 3.6 Liter and four cylinder engine which is a two seater and two door vehicle. This concept car supports removing its doors just by unhooking a pin which might be needed during off road driving. The fender flares can also be removed easily to get an additional bottom clearance in rocky terrain. The body is fitted with high intensity discharge lamps (HID) and a SLR type camera and the Rigid Industries LED light bars are an added feature. The exterior has an olive green appearance. The body has lightweight theme which shoots its maximum advantage when the doors and the fender flares are removed. And a notable thing about this car is that this car appeared in the movie Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen.
